At Noise, we want you to be completely satisfied with your audio and wearable technology. If your product is defective or doesn't meet your expectations, you can initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order ID and phone number to select the item you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the product is in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals included; our team will review your request based on the device condition.

  Reverse Pickup

  Once approved, we will schedule a free reverse pickup from your registered address within 24 to 48 hours.

• 4.
  Refund or Replacement

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality checks, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your replacement unit.
